Mohua Sengupta
Senior Vice President and Country Head, The Standard India
Mohua Sengupta is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of global experience across financial services, IT/ITES and global capability centers.
Following a nearly decade-long tenure with the Royal Bank of Canada Financial Group, she held senior leadership roles across IT, ITES and GCC sectors before joining The Standard India.
Mohua earned an MBA from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, as well as the designation of Certified General Accountant of Canada. She is recognized for her expertise in digital transformation, digital banking, distributed ledger technologies and the application of emerging technologies across banking, insurance and health care.
As country head, she focuses on building a high-performing, innovation-led organization that delivers strategic value companywide.
As a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, she has authored more than 120 articles in leading business publications and is a frequent speaker at industry forums and conferences.
Atul Agrawal
Head of Technology, The Standard India
Atul Agrawal focuses on building a world-class technology organization that drives enterprise transformation, global delivery and long-term strategic value.
He has more than three decades of leadership experience across Koch Inc., UnitedHealth Group/Optum and Tata Consultancy Services, with expertise in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, GCC scale-up, modern engineering and talent development.
Atul is passionate about aligning technology with business outcomes and building empowered teams known for engineering excellence, innovation and accountability.
He earned a computer science engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology. He also completed executive education at Wharton and ISB and is a TOGAF-certified enterprise architect.
His leadership philosophy is grounded in continuous improvement: “No matter how good you are, you can always get better.”
Manishekaran Amalasekharan
Head of Finance, The Standard India
Manishekaran (Mani) Amalasekharan oversees financial operations, governance, compliance and strategic financial planning.
Mani has more than two decades of diverse experience across audit, consulting, banking operations, financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliance and statutory reporting. Before joining The Standard India, he served in a senior leadership capacity within a banking GCC and held key roles across leading audit and consulting firms.
His expertise lies in building strong governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving financial and operational excellence and partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic and sustainable outcomes.
He plays a key role in establishing scalable financial processes and supporting the continued growth of The Standard India.
Neeti Khanka
Head of Human Resources, The Standard India
Neeti Khanka is responsible for talent strategy, organizational development, culture and employee experience across the organization.
She has extensive experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, people-centered organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions and global HR leadership. Before joining The Standard India, she spent nearly two decades with Infosys building expertise in talent and people strategies within complex, global environments.
Neeti also held international leadership roles in human resource development for Poland and Europe as well as global expansion and new-center setup initiatives across multiple geographies. She is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing workplaces that enable business growth through people.
Neeti completed postgraduate courses at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and earned a master’s in labor law and welfare from Pune University.
Sanjay Pathak
Chief of Staff and Site Operations Lead, The Standard India
Sanjay Pathak is part of the leadership team driving strategic priorities, operational excellence and organizational effectiveness.
He helps shape enterprise governance, leadership operating rhythms and cross-functional execution across key business and site priorities. Sanjay also contributes to initiatives related to culture as well as employee and community engagement, strengthening The Standard India’s organizational foundation as it continues to scale.
Sanjay has more than 24 years of experience in business and technology leadership, with deep expertise in insurance and health care domains, program management, GCC strategy, operations and digital transformation. Before joining The Standard India, he held leadership roles at Persistent Systems and 3i Infotech, where he led large-scale global initiatives across the insurance and health care sectors.
An alumnus of IIT Delhi, Sanjay combines strong technical depth with business acumen and execution discipline. He plays a key role in enabling The Standard India to scale as a strategic capability center.
